Luxury Travel Brand Kuoni faced the challenges of benchmarking, wastage and relevance. With our help they eliminated pre-printed brochures by creating a streamlined print on demand approach, utilising the existing website, and taking bespoke brochures from print to customer within 72 hours.
Not only did they reduce brochure production from 4 to 1, they also collected data to tailor follow-up communications specific to customers, helping boost conversion.
