Sally Europe—known as Sally’s in the UK and ProDuo across Central Europe—has long been the go-to destination for professionals and enthusiasts who take hair and beauty seriously. Since its origins in New Orleans in 1964, the brand has grown into one of the world’s leading distributors of professional hair and beauty products, with more than 4,000 stores globally.

Expanding into the UK and Ireland in 1987 and quickly surpassing 500 stores, Sally Europe has built a reputation on scale, consistency, and expertise. Today, we are proud to support their growth and operational excellence as their number one trusted print and service partner.

When Sally Europe launched its latest tender process, Precision Proco entered the conversation with a clear proposition: competitive pricing, operational innovation, and the capacity to deliver high-volume, high-accuracy campaigns across multiple countries.

Taking on the account meant assuming responsibility for mission-critical POS workflows—tasks that demanded precision, speed, and unwavering reliability. It also presented an opportunity to raise performance standards beyond those achieved by previous incumbents, particularly around OTIF (On Time In Full), accuracy, and campaign execution.

Customised PoS and Merchandise packs produced and distributed to over 400 stores across the uk and central europe

One of our first major projects involved producing and distributing POS and merchandise packs to more than 400 stores across the UK and Central Europe. Each store required a unique combination of materials—from shelf strips and wobblers to posters, catalogues, and aisle fins—each pack hand-picked, double-checked, and provided with a tailored contents list to support instore staff.

All of this was delivered within a four-week cycle—every two months—right from the outset.

Beyond POS, Sally Europe also entrusted us with the production and distribution of their direct mail communications, including the 375,000 Pro-Coms Catalogues sent to thousands of businesses & customers across the UK and Central Europe that we time perfectly to land on all door mats in a critical 4day window. We also support the Salon Services trade division with high-impact materials including brochures, brand books, influencer kits and a variety of trade marketing assets.

To streamline Sally Europe’s internal processes, we introduced auto-artworking, freeing valuable studio time and eliminating repeat manual tasks—allowing their creative team to concentrate on higher-impact brand work.

Deployment of Single-Box Solution
A major breakthrough for store POS presentation and international delivery cost reductions arrived with the launch of our bespoke single-box delivery system, designed and deployed during our first year of partnership. This new solution:

  • Reduced international shipping costs significantly

  • Organised POS into individual, clearly marked categories

  • Separated pre-dated POS inside the pack

  • Cut in-store implementation time by half

This innovation has already proven to be a major operational advantage—making campaigns easier to implement and driving smoother, faster changeovers at store level.

With advanced production capabilities—HP Indigo for digital, AGFA for wide format, and high-precision litho for volume—we deliver consistent, colour-accurate, premium-quality output across every format. Our robust fulfilment workflows and meticulous quality control ensure each campaign leaves our facility accurate, complete, and ready for seamless deployment.

In under a year, our collaboration with Sally Europe has grown rapidly, expanding to include loyalty campaigns, mini-campaigns, event activations, and standout visual projects such as the Oxford Street window displays and the Prelaunch Loyalty Office Events in both the UK and Belgium.
