Fine Art Collection to Merchandise Partnership
What began as a premium fine art collection has developed into a much broader merchandise partnership.

Initial concept to global ecommerce business
Through our integrated print on demand model, we can take a proposition from initial concept to a fully operational global ecommerce business.

Manage everything from development to delivery
We can plug directly into your ecommerce store and send white label to your customers in days.
Bringing Warhammer artwork to life through Premium Print

Founded over 40 years ago, Games Workshop has grown to become the world's largest and most successful hobby miniatures company. Originally serving the UK market, the business now generates over 70% of its sales internationally, with a presence across Europe, America, Australia and Asia, and more than 570 stores worldwide.
The quality of Games Workshop's artwork is renowed, as is the extraordinary attention to detail it's passionate Warhammer fan base brings to painting and collecting its miniatures.
Growing Our Print-on-Demand Proposition
in the Licensing Market
Having achieved a hugely successful print on demand Star Wars on Canvas project, we were keen to expand our presence in the licensed merchandise market.
From exceptional artwork to a worldwide direct to consumer merchandise platform
At our very first meeting, we presented what was described as a fine art gallery-esque collection.
The quality of the materials, print reproduction and finish demonstrated that this was more than conventional licensed merchandise. We were creating collectable artwork worthy of the Warhammer universe.
01
Rather than simply manufacturing products for Games Workshop to purchase and distribute, Precision Proco created and managed the entire direct-to-consumer proposition.
Crucially, everything would operate using a print-on-demand model, removing the need to invest in finished stock before customer demand existed.
02
This included ecommerce platform development, website design, product photography, manufacturing, personalisation, order fulfilment and the complete customer experience. Games Workshop would support the proposition through access to its intellectual property and exposure to its established global audience.
03
Working much closer with the Games Workshop team, we've expanded the offering to include a growing range of personalised products, empowering fans to create something uniquely their own.
From calendars and notebooks, to badges, wrapping paper, greetings cards and invitations, fans can now engage with their favourite artwork in new ways.
Through our integrated print on demand model, we can take a proposition from initial concept to a fully operational global ecommerce business, managing everything from product development and manufacturing to the final customer delivery.

Turning content into Commerce
Our partnership with Games Workshop is a great example of what can happen when intellectual property meets innovative manufacturing.
For brands, licensors and content creators, it demonstrates how existing artwork and creative assets can be transformed into new, commercially viable revenue streams without the traditional risks associated with merchandise development.
-
Whilst the Warhammer art has mostly been shown in our books, magazines and on screens, we also wanted fans to have some larger-scale way to enjoy their favourite pieces.
Precision Proco are able to take our art and ensure the final printed versions are as good as our fans expect them to be.
The team at Precision Proco confidently and efficiently respond to opportunities as they arise, and we can trust that they are as invested in the success of our venture as we are.
Our motto is “More Warhammer. More Often.” and Precision Proco are a key partner in making that happen.Chris Dann

From the outset, we believed Games Workshop's incredible artwork deserved a platform of its own.
It's a partnership we're incredibly proud to have originated and developed, and we have the added bonus of working with a fantastic team at Games Workshop, who really understand the proposition.Mark Blackburn
