Product Showcase: Papier
This month’s product showcase celebrates our client partnership with Papier.
Papier notebooks and journals
personalised, bespoke, functional stationery

Since launching on to the stationery scene in 2015, Papier has been a long-standing customer of Precision Proco, together providing highly decorative, designed stationery no matter what the occasion.
Not only do Papier notebooks and journals collaborate with numerous up-and-coming artists, designers, brands and fashion labels including V&A, Mother of Pearl and Bench Pressed to provide the latest designs. Each one of their pieces can be highly personalised to add that extra special tangible element.
Every paper hardback notebook cover is expertly printed on our HP Indigo press using 150gsm silk, then applied to 2.4mm greyboard. Once the cover is printed and applied, we case each piece around one of Papiers 13 (soon to be 14) different book blocks including a daily planner, gratitude journal, recipe book or just a standard lined notebook.
Customers can opt for gold foil options for an extra decorative element or create a more personal memorable piece, by uploading one or more photos to be printed onto selected covers. Above all else, over 270 designs can be uniquely personalised with a recipient's name, initials or even a little note, and to ensure every piece stays as perfect as the day it was printed each one is applied with anti-scuff matte lamination.
So as not to withhold each customer from their personalised masterpiece, we achieve seamless integration between Papier's e-commerce store and our production workflow to support a two-day turnaround time on each product created, from order to door in under 36 hours. During our peak season, we helped Papier to create and deliver over 500 hardback books per day, making the festive season an unforgettable experience.

“Papier have worked with Precision Proco for a number of years and across a number of sites with a vast product range.
Papier and Precision Proco are very much a partnership and we find this way of working has really benefitted our business day to day but also supported our continued growth.
Our requirements aren’t often simple and straightforward and usually require specialist knowledge and support, but Precision Proco has been able to offer guidance, quality and service throughout.”Caroline Luxton, Head of Operations, Papier
