Print Production Manager - Dagenham

This role leads the Digital Printing and Automated Finishing operation at PP Dagenham site, with end-to-end accountability for digital print, UV varnishing, lamination, and Smart Stacker automation.

The Production Manager will drive operational excellence, combining people leadership, process optimisation, and technology-led manufacturing to deliver high-quality, on-time, cost-effective production at scale. The role plays a critical part in supporting business growth through automation, waste reduction, quality improvement, and continuous improvement.

Purchase and Sales Ledger Clerk - Sheffield

The role is to deliver an efficient and accurate purchase and sales ledger function, supporting the wider finance team and ensuring strong financial controls. 

Key accountabilities include: 

o Raise and process sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy (pricing, VAT, currency and customer requirements)

o Manage Credit Control process, ensure timely collection of outstanding debt

o Post and allocate customer receipts, including multi-currency transitions

o Daily Bank Reconciliations

o Process high volume purchase invoices, matching to purchase orders and delivery notes

o Supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

o Prepare and process payment runs

o Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts

o Handle customer and supplier queries, maintaining strong working relationships

o Process expenses and petty cash reconciliations

o Supporting month end process

o Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and internal financial controls

o Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of VAT legislation relevant to the sales ledger function, particularly regarding the company’s activities ( e.g. Printed Matter, Postage, Exports, etc.)

o Support wider finance team with ad-hoc duties and process improvements

Marketing Assistant - Sheffield

At Precision Proco, we make print easy to choose, easy to use and sustainable and this role helps us show it, share it and support it.

The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, entry-level role designed for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across commercial campaigns, brand marketing, sales enablement and internal communications.

Key responsibilities include:

Social Media & Content Support

  • Support the creation of social media content (visual and written)
  • Use Canva to design engaging posts and assets
  • Write basic copy for social posts (LinkedIn and other relevant platforms)
  • Manage the social media calendar and report on basic engagement metrics

Content Capture & Production/Sales Support

  • Support the creation of video and photo content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage that brings our work to life
  • Support the sales team with marketing materials and collateral

Campaign & Marketing Coordination

  • Support the implementation of campaigns
  • Assist with uploading content into HubSpot
  • Help coordinate campaign assets, deadlines and approvals

Internal Communications & Events

  • Implement internal communications activity via various internal comms media
  • Support with employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate fundraising activities and company celebrations

Brand & Creative Support

  • Assist with asset creation aligned to brand guidelines

Marketing Lead - Brand & Communications - Sheffield

The Marketing Lead – Brand & Communications is responsible for building awareness, engagement and brand consistency across the entire organisation - externally and internally.

This is a mid-level, hands-on role with accountability for how Precision Proco shows up in the world. You’ll act as our brand guardian - protecting our tone of voice, sharpening our visual identity and ensuring every touchpoint feels unmistakably us.

Key responsibilities include:

Brand Ownership & Governance

  • Act as brand police (in the nicest possible way)
  • Ensure tone of voice and visual identity are consistent across all channels
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines

Awareness & Engagement

  • Execute brand-focused campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
  • Manage social activity focused on brand positioning and promote our USPs
  • Measure engagement metrics and continuously optimise performance

Channels, PR & Presence

  • Identify opportunities for PR, sponsorship, partnerships and events
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies where required

Thought Leadership & Content

  • Support the Leadership Team in developing thought leadership content
  • Create content across LinkedIn, blogs, email, presentations and wider channels
  • Translate expertise into engaging, audience-first storytelling

Internal Brand & Employee Experience

  • Work with Head of Marketing & HR team to develop employer branding.
  • Implement internal communications strategy.
  • Support culture initiatives and internal campaigns

Tools & Execution

  • Use HubSpot to manage content distribution and reporting.
  • Manage social media scheduling, engagement and analytics
  • Create high-quality brand assets for use across the business.
  • Use design tools beyond Canva (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)

Senior Account Manager - Sheffield

 We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our Customer Success team!

The Senior Trading Card Account Manager plays a key role in supporting and developing Precision Proco’s rapidly growing Trading Card division.

The purpose of the role is to provide highly responsive, proactive and commercially aware day-to-day account management support across complex Trading Card projects, ensuring excellent customer experience, strong internal coordination and scalable support for future growth.
