Account Manager - Dagenham

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of consumer related clients that primarily use our ConnecTED service - customised printing services - including variable data printing and print-on-demand solutions across a range of print related items including, books, calendars, wall décor, drinks ware, gifting and some commercial B2B accounts that will include direct mail - while ensuring excellent service delivery, strong relationships, and profitable outcomes. This role acts as the principal link between customers, internal production teams, and external partners to guarantee that customised print products meet quality, timing, and budget expectations.

Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver - Sheffield

To carry out the various warehousing functions associated with a busy Print and Direct Mail warehouse. Each of these functions is to be carried out accurately, effectively and efficiently at all times.

Machine Finishing Operator - Sheffield

Job Purpose

To ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the Finishing Machines in particular the Guillotine machine.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Reduction of machine down time for make-readies and breakdowns

  • Reduction of running times, while still ensuring quality, as measured against quoted targets

  • Reduction of waste in respect of reprints as monitored by Reprint Analysis

Key Accountabilities

  • To understand every job and follow lists to ensure all work completed

  • To finish every job within allocated time scales and to a high quality, ensuring quality file copies separated and labelled on every job

  • To box and label every job and prepare it for dispatch

  • To implement maintenance tasks to plan

  • To be responsible for general cleanliness of the finishing department as a part of the daily routine

  • To liaise with the Finishing Manager to ensure work is completed as required

Digital Print Operator - Sheffield

Job Purpose

To effectively run digital presses in line with job specifications and maintain digital press room.

To be knowledgeable on the HP Indigo Series 3 and Series 4.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensures all work is produced to highest standard, on time, to expected quality, and to job specifications

  • Ensure press environment and presses are maintained to expected high level

  • Ensure presses are kept in working order to expected standards

  • Ensure all reprints are recorded, monitored and reported

  • To support the Senior Digital Press Operators and Manager in the general running and upkeep of the digital department

  • To work autonomously in the production of the digital applications

  • To ensure uptime of presses is kept to highest level possible

  • To drive the on-going development of Lean principles throughout the department
